Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 28, 2025
At Aaeluwa Farms, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in the quality and freshness of our products and aim to ensure that every order meets your expectations.
This Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made online or in person.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Because our products include perishable and non-perishable agricultural goods, our return and refund eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.
a. Perishable Items (e.g., fresh produce, plants, or live goods)
-
Perishable items cannot be returned once delivered or picked up due to food safety and quality control regulations.
-
Refunds or replacements are only issued if:
-
The product arrived damaged, spoiled, or incorrect; or
-
There was an error in your order caused by Aaeluwa Farms.
-
-
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
-
Photos of the affected product may be required to process your request.
b. Non-Perishable Items (e.g., packaged goods, merchandise, supplies)
-
Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided that:
-
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
-
You provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).
-
-
Returns received after 7 days may not be accepted.
2. Process for Refunds and Returns
To request a refund or return:
-
Contact us at aaeluwafarms@gmail.com within the eligible time frame.
-
Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for return or refund.
-
For damaged or incorrect products, please attach clear photos showing the issue.
-
Once we review your request, we’ll respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
If your refund is approved, we will process it using your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Return Shipping Costs
-
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged goods), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no charge.
-
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
-

4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if requested before processing or shipment.
Once an order has been packed, shipped, or delivered, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, contact aaeluwafarms@gmail.com or call (403) 968-6313 as soon as possible.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care to ensure that your order is accurate and well-packaged.
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incomplete:
-
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
-
Provide photos and a description of the issue.
-
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
-

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
-
Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, plants, livestock products, etc.)
-
Gift cards or digital vouchers
-
Customized or special-order products
-
Items marked as “Final Sale”
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
-
Check your bank or credit card account again.
-
Contact your bank or payment provider — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
-
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at aaeluwafarms@gmail.com for assistance.
