All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email and payment.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup or delivery.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, order processing may take slightly longer. We’ll always notify you of any significant delays.

2. Delivery Options
We currently offer the following delivery and pickup options:

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, including available pickup times.

b. Provincial and National Shipping

We offer shipping across Alberta and other Canadian provinces via trusted third-party couriers (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator).
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and delivery method.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or flat-rate delivery for certain regions or order amounts — these will be clearly indicated on our website.

Within Alberta: 3–5 business days

Across Canada: 5–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated times. Delivery may be delayed by factors such as weather, courier backlogs, or remote locations. Aaeluwa Farms is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed over to the courier.

5. Shipping Restrictions
To maintain quality and comply with Canadian agricultural transport regulations:

We currently only ship within Canada.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes
If you are unsure whether your location is eligible for delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details (if applicable).
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
While we take great care to ensure your items are securely packaged, unforeseen issues can occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.

We will investigate and, if necessary, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on our Refund Policy.
Aaeluwa Farms is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received by the customer.
However, we’ll do our best to assist in tracking or resolving delivery issues.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

We can reship the order once the correct address is provided.
